The Role

You’re not just a creator—you’re the one who builds the ecosystem.

As an UpperClass Campus Leader, you’ll lead the growth of creators in your university and act as the bridge between students, campaigns, and opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and onboard student creators on your campus
• Build and manage your UpperClass Campus Team
• Coordinate campaigns from universities and brands
• Guide creators on content and participation
• Ensure consistent creator activity and growth

Time Commitment

• ~4 hours per week
• Flexible, async work

What You Get

• ₩19,400 – ₩27,000 (CAD $18.00 – $25.00) per hour/ based on project type
